Throughput:
To meet the demand from the market, we made a big reconstruction on the previous production method through fetching in JIT system. Our operators are given standard skill trainings momentarily according to the changes from the market, whatever it is during the period of more orders but small qty. or during the peak period of bulk production, we all can make sure on our production capability and meet the requirements from customers. The annual throughput of monitoring is up to 600,000 sets, the camera is up to 800,000 sets, LCD/hi-tech is around 200,000 sets.
SMT:
SMT processing center has three production lines working for chip placement. There are 8 sets of automatic chip placement machines, separately bought from SIEMENS and FUJI. And 3 sets of reflow soldering system, separately bought from BTU of USA and Chaoyue of Taiwan. The capability of chip placement is up to 0.9 million dots every day.
